We courier the machine
DPD tracked, usually the working day before. Ink fitted, designs on the touchscreen, guide in the box, UK 13A plug.

Bar staff print
One test print, then guests pick a design or scan a QR for a selfie. About ten seconds a drink. Nobody from us on site, unless you add optional setup for a café opening.

Pack it, drop it
Pre-paid label in the box. Any DPD Pickup within two working days. Deposit refunded after a clean return.
Packages
Hire packages
All packages include tracked DPD delivery, a pre-paid return label, ink fitted, an in-box guide and 4 pre-loaded designs. The package price is the hire fee (booking fee included). The booking fee is paid at booking to confirm. On-site setup is optional, and only for café openings. The refundable damage deposit is due with the balance, 60 days before the event, and is not added to the hire fee.
Package prices are hire fees and include a £150 booking fee (that £150 is not charged on top). The £150 is paid at booking to confirm. Example: a party at £395 is a £150 booking fee plus a £245 balance. The £300 refundable damage deposit is due with that balance, 60 days before the event, and is refunded after a clean return (usually 7 working days). A party is £695 to send before the event, of which £300 comes back if the machine is fine. If you book inside 60 days, the full hire fee and the deposit are both due at booking.
Prices include VAT only where shown on your invoice; we will say if we are VAT-registered.

Common questions
The machine prints food-safe edible ink onto a stable foam head: coffee, cocktails with foam, stout, hot chocolate. Designs sit on a touchscreen at the bar. One tap, about ten seconds, drink in hand. We load your files before the box ships; nobody from Foam & Ink stays on site.
Anything with a stable foam or creamy head: latte, cappuccino, flat white, espresso martini, foamy cocktails, stout, hot chocolate. We cannot print on lager, prosecco, wine, or drinks without foam. The ink needs something to sit on.
The package price is the hire fee. A £150 booking fee to confirm the booking is included in that figure, not added on top. Example: a £395 party is £150 booking fee plus a £245 balance. The £300 refundable damage deposit is due with that balance, 60 days before the event, not at booking.
