We load and ship
Designs on the machine, ink fitted, in-box card written for whoever is behind the bar.

Print through the event
Self-serve at the bar. Throughput is about 30–40 prints an hour when the queue is moving. Decision time is the real limit.

Return via DPD Pickup
Two working days, pre-paid label, any Pickup shop. We check the machine and release the deposit.
What to send
PNG or JPG, at least 1000px wide, high contrast, transparent or white background. Prints render in monochrome sepia on cream foam. We review every file before dispatch and say if something won’t read.
What arrives
The machine, ink fitted, your designs loaded, in-box guide, and a pre-paid DPD return label. Usually the working day before your event.
On the day
About 34 × 27 × 41 cm and ~13 kg, with a UK 13A plug near the bar. One test print, then ~10 seconds per drink. At a busy bar expect about 30–40 prints an hour; decision time at the touchscreen is the bottleneck, not the print head.
QR selfies
Guests need a phone signal or wifi. Basement venues are the risk. Tell us early and we can advise on where to place the QR. We do not currently promise a wifi dongle in the box.
Pack-down and return
Within two working days, any DPD Pickup shop, pre-paid label in the box. Damage deposit refunded after a clean return, usually 7 working days.

What we can and can’t print on
Stable foam only. Soft or collapsing heads will not hold a print.
We cannot print on lager, prosecco, wine, or anything without a stable foam head.
