Opening week is morning trade. Guests already photograph the cup. A logo or QR selfie on latte foam is the product. Stout printing is a different night.
Couriered UK-wide from Cardiff. West and Wales dates are often simpler on courier timing; we still cover the rest of the UK.
Package prices are hire fees and include a £150 booking fee to secure the date (that £150 is not charged on top). A £300 damage deposit is taken before dispatch and refunded after a clean return (usually 7 working days). Example: a party at £395 is £695 to send us before the event, of which £300 comes back if the machine is fine.
Prices include VAT only where shown on your invoice; we will say if we are VAT-registered.
Many openings run Thursday to Saturday mornings. Plan prints around peak coffee, not a late bar.
Drinks
Latte, cappuccino and flat white. Coffee foam first.
We cannot print on lager, prosecco, wine, or anything without a stable foam head.
